Biography

Captain Anne Worster is a 28-year United Airlines pilot and is Washington, DC-based on the B777. She is the current Vice Chair and First Officer Representative in Council 11 and the Chair and Captain Representative-elect. Her past service includes Elections Ballot and Certification at ALPA International. Locally, she was a Legislative Committee Chair and 747 Fleet Safety Representative. Captain Worster is a Gulf War veteran where she was an aircraft commander in the KC-135 executing aerial refueling missions. For her efforts, she was awarded two Air Medals and was named Aircraft Commander of the Year in 1991 and 1992. Captain Worster is a 1985 graduate of the US Air Force Academy and has a Master’s degree from Texas Christian University. She is married to Captain Ward Worster, a 787 Line Check Pilot who is also Washington, DC-based. They have one adult daughter.
