Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 19, 2017, Oscar Munoz, Chief Executive Officer, J. Scott Kirby, President and Andrew C. Levy, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, of United Continental Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company whose primary subsidiary is United Airlines, Inc., will speak at the Company’s call related to its second quarter 2017 financial results and financial and operational outlook for third quarter and full year 2017.
