Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 20, 2023, United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the strategic team that has been assembled to lay the foundation for the Company’s United Next growth strategy has demonstrated capacity for critical planning and execution and is ready to re-integrate into the Company’s operation, where these team members will continue to support execution of the Company’s growth strategy while further improving operational alignment and execution efficiencies. In connection with this restructuring, effective July 1, 2023, Gregory Hart, Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, will move into an advisory role providing guidance to the Company on near and long-term strategic issues.
